Your data is used only to run Rhives for you and to generate your own analyses. It is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train models for other businesses.

Rhives (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an AI business-management platform used by organisations across multiple verticals, including education, restaurants, and retail & pharmacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data. It applies to the Rhives platform as a whole. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
Organisation name, administrator name, email address, and phone number provided during registration.
The records you enter to run your organisation. Depending on your vertical this may include, for example, classes, tests and marks, attendance, and uploaded exam files (education), or the equivalent operational records for other business types.
Names, email addresses, roles, and login credentials for the team accounts you create.
Information you add about the people your organisation serves — for example students or customers — such as names and contact details. We do not collect payment card data.
Log data such as IP addresses, device type, browser type, and pages visited, used for security and performance monitoring.
We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train models for other businesses.
Your data is stored in a managed database hosted by a reputable cloud infrastructure provider. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit, and access to the database is restricted to authorised services only. While we take reasonable precautions, no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we will retain your data for 30 days to allow for re-activation or export. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted from our systems.

When you add end-user information — such as students or customers — to Rhives, you act as the data controller for that data. You are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate consent and legal basis to store and process it. In this respect Rhives acts only as a data processor on your behalf.
Rhives uses your browser’s localStorage (not cookies) to store your authentication session. No third-party tracking cookies are used.
The Service is provided to organisations and is not marketed to individuals under 18 years of age. Where an organisation stores information about minors (for example, students), that organisation is the data controller and is responsible for obtaining any required consents. Rhives does not knowingly collect personal data directly from minors.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
