1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Rhives (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these terms.

2. The Service

Rhives is an AI business-management platform used by organisations across multiple verticals, including education, restaurants, and retail & pharmacy. Features may be added, changed, or removed as the platform evolves.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials, and for all activity that occurs under the accounts you create. You must be at least 18 years old, or an authorised representative of the organisation using the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload or analyse data you are not authorised to process, or that is unlawful or infringing.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts, tenants, or systems.

5. Your Data & Content

You retain ownership of the data and content you upload. You grant Rhives a limited licence to store and process that data solely to provide the Service to you, including generating analyses and AI insights. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. AI Features (Kalaam)

Rhives includes AI-powered features, including the Kalaam assistant. AI outputs are assistive and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You should not rely on them as the sole basis for important decisions, and you are responsible for verifying results before acting on them.

7. Availability & Changes

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim for reliable, uninterrupted availability but do not guarantee it.

8. Fees & Trials

Where paid plans or free trials apply, the applicable fees, billing cycle, and trial terms are those communicated to you at sign-up or in your plan details. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

The Rhives platform, software, design, and branding remain the property of Rhives and its licensors. These terms grant you no rights in them beyond the right to use the Service as permitted here.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party infrastructure and processing providers to operate. We are not responsible for the independent acts or omissions of those providers.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service and all AI outputs are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rhives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. On termination your access to the Service ends, and your data is handled in accordance with the retention terms in our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes, and continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
